By participating in our program (“Somaticode Affiliates”), you agree to the following simple terms and conditions.

Program Participation: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to participate in our Affiliate Program. You agree to promote our Product/Service through your Affiliate Link (a unique tracking link provided by us to you).

Commissions: We will pay you a Commission (a percentage of the sale price paid to you for each sale made through your Affiliate Link) on a monthly basis for each sale made through your Affiliate Link. See program page for current rates and details.

Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any fraudulent or abusive activities, including:

• Self-referral: purchasing our products and services through your own Affiliate Link.
• Cookie stuffing: embedding cookies without a user's knowledge.
• Spamming: sending unsolicited emails or messages

If we detect any fraudulent or abusive activity, you will:

• Forfeit all Commissions earned or pending, including but not limited to sales associated with the fraudluent or abusive activity.
• Be terminated from our Affiliate Program.

Confidentiality: You must keep confidential all information related to us and our products and services, individual commission rates, customer information, and any other information containing personally identifiable information (PII).

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Acceptance: By participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.
